Language course for children and teenagers in San Diego
The language school we work with offers a language stay for young people in San Diego, in summer or winter. In summer, it is possible to participate in these English language holiday camps from the end of June until the end of August. And in winter, the available dates are from early January to early February. The language camp in San Diego accepts children from 6 to 12 years old (provided they are accompanied by a parent* or legal guardian), and teenagers from 13 to 17 years old. The goal is to learn English or perfect it while discovering a new city and having fun with new friends.
*The English school in San Diego also offers a “family program”. By enrolling in this program, parents and children take English classes in San Diego. Parents are in class with other adults so classes are separate, but schedules are the same.
Teaching methods and activities are specially designed for the ages of the children. And they adapt to all levels (elementary to advanced).
Organization of English courses for children and teenagers in San Diego
The full program includes:
- 15 English lessons per week (with a maximum of 16 students per class)
- 5 activities per week (afternoons)
- one full-day excursion per week
- accommodation in a double room with a host family in full board
However, it is possible to participate in the English language stay for young people in San Diego only during the day. This is the day language camp that only includes English classes for children and teenagers in San Diego and activities. And it is also possible to register only for English lessons (without accommodation and without activities).
